How do I make an exchange?

Exchanges work similarly to returns. Please follow the above instructions. When you contact us, please make sure to tell us what item(s) you want to exchange for so we can pull those from inventory and reserve them for you. Once we have received the return item(s), we will ship the new item(s) out to you at no additional charge.

Same Day Dispatch:

Orders placed before 3PM CST on Monday - Friday are packaged and sent to the post office the same day, orders placed on Saturday must be placed before 11AM CST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after these times are dispatched the next business morning (Mon-Sat).

What items are NOT eligible for returns?

• Any worn or used items
• Any items without original tags
• Any items with odors, stains, etc
• Bikini bottoms missing the sanitary liner
• Earrings that have been worn or not in the original packaging
• Open/unsealed cosmetic items such as lip balm

How do I make a return? (United States only)

At this time, we do not include a return shipping label in our packages (we are currently working on improving this!). If you need to make a return, we ask that you first contact us to notify us of your intent to start the return process. We also would love to hear your feedback on your shopping experience and the item(s) you received.
