We are happy to offer C&C reward points to new and returning customers alike!
Our point system can be accessed by clicking or tapping on the blue "Earn Rewards!" tab that will usually appear on the left hand side of your screen.
Please note that a Coral & Calypso store account must be made in order to receive points and to keep track of past orders and points earned.
In order to receive automatic points for liking/sharing on Facebook or following us on Instagram, you must do so through the platform accessed by the "Earn Rewards!" tab.
How do I earn points?
We want you to rack up those points, so we've made it easy to get them!
You can receive points when you:
- Open up a Coral & Calypso account! (+200 points)
- Have a birthday! (+200 points)
- Like us on Facebook! (+50 points)
- Share us on Facebook! (+50 points)
- Follow us on Instagram! (+50 points)
- Place an order! Every $1 spent on merchandise gets you 1 C&C point!*
What are the rewards?
These are the current rewards:
- 500 C&C points = $5 off of $25
- 800 C&C points = Free shipping!
- 1000 C&C points = $10 of of $50
How do I use points?
Once you've reached any of the point thresholds, you should receive a coupon code for your respective reward! Once you have received the coupon code, this code can be entered in before checking out online or shown to a cashier in-store. If for some reason you do not receive your coupon, please contact us here.
Can points be earned in-store too?
Absolutely! You are always welcome to open a C&C account in person.

Once an account has been made, you can start earning points on both in-store and online purchases.
To earn in-store purchase points, it may be necessary to give the cashier contact information such as name, email address, or phone number so they may insure you receive the correct rewards.
What if I've made orders, liked on Facebook, etc before making an account?
No worries! We'd be happy to help you! Please contact us at email@example.com. Once you've reached out to us, we can help track down your past order(s) and give you your well deserved points! This applies to BOTH in-store and online purchases!
If you've liked us on Facebook or followed us on Instagram prior to making an account, that's okay! Just contact us with your name as it is shown on the respective social media platform so we can resolve the issue.
I did something, but didn't earn points! What now?
Unfortunately, we're not perfect! Things happen that get in the way of those hard earned points! Did you share us on Facebook, but receive no points? Create a store account with no C&C points payout? We'd be happy to help you resolve any issues you may have. Just contact us here or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please explain the issue as thoroughly as possible and we'll get right on it!
