Orders placed before 3PM CST on Monday - Friday are packaged and sent to the post office the same day, orders placed on Saturday must be placed before 11AM CST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after these times are dispatched the next business morning (Mon-Sat).

Coral & Calypso offers a $25 international flat rate shipping charge using USPS mail service.
Orders usually take 6-10 business days to arrive, but could take anywhere up to 4 weeks depending on the speed of your local mail service. This time also varies due to multiple factors like distance to travel, world events, or holidays. We are at the mercy of our own local USPS service and the international services as well.
Please note, our shipping schedule could be disrupted at any time. We are a family operated business and we try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but personal events may throw a wrench into our operations. If such an event occurs, there will be a notice at the top of our website.
We hand wrap and package each order with love and care. ALL items are sent directly from our storefront in Rockwall, Texas. We never dropship!

In-Store Pick Up:
In-store pick up is available to anyone in the Rockwall, TX area and surrounding communities. Please note, this service is only available during our business hours (Mon-Sat, 10-5). This excludes holidays, and is subject to change at any time due to special events, unexpected store closures, etc. If this service is disrupted, it will be noted either at the top of the website or on our social media accounts. When picking up an order, the customer must be able to provide personal identification and/or proof of purchase (digital receipts are accepted). If we find a discrepancy in your address, you will be contacted to confirm your pick-up order. If in-store pick up is accidentally selected at checkout and you do NOT live in the area, your order will be refunded in full, and you will have to place your original order again.
