Our stretch bracelets are made with stretchy, durable crystal cord. The pressed glass tiles are made by the #1 bead manufacture in the world. You can wear your bracelet while swimming, exercising, dancing, lifting weights- you name it! It’s so comfy you’ll forget you’re even wearing it.
PERFECT SIZE
We’ve created our sizes to be the exact shirt size you wear. For example, if you wear a women’s large shirt, you will order a women’s large bracelet. If you wear a large shirt but consider your wrists larger than average, you may look at sizing up. Most people know if their bone structure is large, average or petite.
To determine the best bracelet size, measure the exact length of your wrist- you can use string and compare it to a ruler, or a $1 bill is exactly 6 inches. Add .25 to your exact wrist size, and that’s the best option for a comfortable bracelet that won’t slide up and down your wrist.
QUALITY
Our bracelets are meant to last a very long time. There’s are a few things you need to know when wearing our products -
1. We will guarantee our work. If within the first 30 days you have your bracelet and it breaks for any reason - contact us for an RMA number and you can ship it back to us for a replacement at no charge. There shouldn’t be any issues, but we’ve got you covered just-in-case.
2. Transparency is the best policy- as such we want to make sure our clients know that our gold tila beads are 14K gold-plated, not gold filled. Same with silver- it’s plated, not filled. There are no beads that are gold or silver filled, so plated is as close as we can get. If you have a bracelet with gold or silver, we recommend being a little more gentle on those. They are still going to be waterproof, last a long time & look great - but the plating does eventually wear down and will start showing a little black. If this happens to you, we have your back! If you need to have us restring your bracelet with new silver or gold beads, we will charge only for our time and beads.
3. We are interested in your happiness. Our team at Our works really hard to give you a good experience - from your order all the way to delivery. Please remember we are humans over here, not robots - we are bound to make mistakes. We WANT to hear from you and learn where we can be better. We also welcome any feedback that can make our website, product and customer service better.
In the United States, Coral & Calypso utilizes the shipping services provided by the USPS (United States Postal Service). On rare occasions we will utilize UPS (United Parcel Service) if we have an oversized package.
Dispatch:
Orders placed on Monday through Friday are packaged and sent to our local USPS post office the next day (unless we can get them out the day you placed your order, which we try very hard to do). Saturday orders placed after 12:00 PM noon can be expected to be dispatched the following Monday unless there is a holiday then they will be picked up on Tuesday.
Domestic:
All USA orders ship for a flat-rate of $7.95 using the United States Postal Service. Orders usually take anywhere from 5-8 business days to arrive. This time varies due to multiple factors like distance to travel, world events, or holidays.
Service Disruptions:
Please note, our shipping schedule could be disrupted at any time. We are a family operated business and we try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but personal events may throw a wrench into our operations. If such an event occurs, there will be a notice at the top of our website. We hand wrap and package each order that we send out with love and care. Most of our items are sent directly from us in Rockwall, Texas and we are at the mercy of our local post office. If you have any questions, please contact us!

"We absolutely love our international customers and we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We made this decision because WE couldn't 100% guarantee the delivery of your package then and we still can't 100% guarantee delivery now. However, if you want to send an order either for yourself or to someone else in the United States we can gladly help you out with that and they can decide if they can pass it on for you. You can also place an order and have it directly shipped to yourself, but please take note that we will NOT be able to refund your order if the shipment does not make it to you. If we ever feel we can 100% guarantee that again we will let you know. Again, please accept our apologies for these strict procedures!
Coral & Calypso offers a $25.00 international flat rate shipping charge using USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders usually take 7-14 business days to arrive, but could take anywhere up to 4 weeks depending on the speed of your local mail service. This time also varies due to multiple factors like distance to travel, world events, or holidays. We are at the mercy of our own local USPS service and the international services as well. If you need more information regarding our International Shipping, please contact us.
Here at Coral & Calypso, we believe in creating a shopping experience that's fun and hassle-free. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, but we don't want the dread of online shopping returns to stop you from being confident in shopping with us. If we don't meet your expectations at any point in your shopping experience, we will make it right.
What items are NOT eligible for returns?
- Any discounted, clearance, promotional, or sale items
- Any worn or used items
- Any items without original tags
- Any items with odors, stains, etc
- Bikini bottoms missing the sanitary liner
- Earrings that have been worn or not in the original packaging
- Open/unsealed cosmetic items such as lip balm
How do I make a return? (United States only)
At this time, we do not include a return shipping label in our packages (we are currently working on improving this!). If you need to make a return, we ask that you first contact us to notify us of your intent to start the return process. We also would love to hear your feedback on your shopping experience and the item(s) you received. Once we have heard from you, we ask that the return item(s) be shipped back to us at the following address using your preferred local shipping service:
If possible, please make sure to share with us the tracking number for the return package.
Once we have received your return, we will process the items and, once the return has been accepted, we will refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable shipping and taxes using the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc). If you are only returning a portion of your order, the original shipping cost ($7.95) will not be refunded. At this time, return shipping cost is non-refundable.
How do I make an exchange?
Exchanges work similarly to returns. Please follow the above instructions. When you contact us, please make sure to tell us what item(s) you want to exchange for so we can pull those from inventory and reserve them for you. Once we have received the return item(s), we will ship the new item(s) out to you at no additional charge.
