Orders placed before 3PM CST on Monday - Friday are packaged and sent to the post office the same day, orders placed on Saturday must be placed before 11AM CST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after these times are dispatched the next business morning (Mon-Sat).

• Any items without original tags
• Any items with odors, stains, etc
• Bikini bottoms missing the sanitary liner
• Earrings that have been worn or not in the original packaging
• Open/unsealed cosmetic items such as lip balm

How do I make a return? (United States only)

At this time, we do not include a return shipping label in our packages (we are currently working on improving this!). If you need to make a return, we ask that you first contact us to notify us of your intent to start the return process. We also would love to hear your feedback on your shopping experience and the item(s) you received. Once we have heard from you, we ask that the return item(s) be shipped back to us at the following address using your preferred local shipping service:

Once we have received your return, we will process the items and, once the return has been accepted, we will refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable shipping and taxes using the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc). If you are only returning a portion of your order, the original shipping cost ($4.95) will not be refunded. At this time, return shipping cost is non-refundable.
