HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE

Coral & Calypso ships all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS), which is experiencing unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability. On rare occasions we will use United Parcel Service (UPS) if we have an oversized package or if we think it may get to you faster. With this in mind, we have decided to set our shipping deadline to Sunday, December 13, 2026. Orders placed after Sunday, December 13, 2026 CANNOT be guaranteed by us to arrive in time for Christmas Day (Friday, December 25, 2026) as we are at the mercy of the post office. Even after the guaranteed deadline, we will keep shipping your orders out as quickly as we can and we want our customers to be as informed as possible and confident that we will do everything in our power to make sure your gifts will arrive in time for holiday festivities. We will diligently keep tabs on ALL tracking numbers (which means that we look like every 5 minutes lol!) and keep in contact with customers to insure timely delivery. We would ask that you PLEASE PLEASE add a phone number AND an email address when placing your order so if we have any questions, we will be able to contact you quickly by text message if we can't reach you by email. Please note that if there is an issue with your order and we have no way to reach you, your package may be delayed or cancelled if it is a shipping address issue. Also note, although we do not usually offer expedited shipping, if you need something quicker, please reach out to us and we can give you information about expedited shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience during this busy shopping season.
