Coral & Calypso is a family owned & operated resortwear & lifestyle apparel store. We've been providing year-long tropical vibes worldwide since 2015. We believe the beach isn't just a destination. We believe the wild and carefree spirit of the ocean resides in all of us. Whether you left your heart in a coastal town, or your favorite hobby is island hopping, the love of the beach is something we can all share.

Please note, our shipping schedule could be disrupted at any time. We are a family operated business and we try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but personal events may throw a wrench into our operations. If such an event occurs, there will be a notice at the top of our website. We hand wrap and package each order that we send out with love and care. Most of our items are sent directly from us in Rockwall, Texas and we are at the mercy of our local post office. If you have any questions, please contact us!

We not only ship domestically but internationally as well!

Domestic orders usually take anywhere from 5-8 business days to arrive. This time varies due to multiple factors like distance to travel, world events, or holidays.

International orders usually take 7-14 business days to arrive, but could take anywhere up to 4 weeks depending on the speed of your local mail service. This time also varies due to multiple factors like distance to travel, world events, or holidays. We are at the mercy of our own local USPS service and the international services as well.

Most domestic orders ship for a flat-rate of $7.95 using the United States Postal Service.

Coral & Calypso offers a $25.00 international flat rate shipping charge using USPS (United States Postal Service).

If you need to make a return, we ask that you first contact us to notify us of your intent to start the return process. We also would love to hear your feedback on your shopping experience and the item(s) you received. You can contact us using this form or email us at hello@coralandcalypso.com.

Once we have heard from you, we ask that the return item(s) be shipped back to us at the following address using your preferred local shipping service:

If possible, please make sure to share with us the tracking number for the return package.

Once we have received your return, we will process the items and, once the return has been accepted, we will refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable shipping and taxes using the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc). If you are only returning a portion of your order, the original shipping cost ($7.95) will not be refunded. At this time, return shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchanges work similarly to returns. Please follow the above instructions. When you contact us, please make sure to tell us what item(s) you want to exchange for so we can pull those from inventory and reserve them for you. Once we have received the return item(s), we will ship the new item(s) out to you at no additional charge.

• Any worn or used items
• Any items without original tags
• Any items with odors, stains, etc
• Bikini bottoms missing the sanitary liner
• Earrings that have been worn or not in the original packaging
• Open/unsealed cosmetic items such as lip balm
